Your captain will settle the harbour procedures while Guletbookers inform you about the cruise programme and your gulet, after boarding in Bodrum harbor around 4 pm. If you arrive early, you can visit the various sites in Bodrum including in particular the Museum of Underwater Archaeology in the Castle of Saint Peter on Bodrum Harbour. Once all are aboard, cruise to a nearby bay for swimming, snorkeling, dinner and overnight.
**(According to your request , you may also spend the overnight on a closer bay ,rather than staying on the port.)
After breakfast cross the channel to arrive in the first Greek island of Kos around noon. Take the opportunity to see the Asclepeion, Hippocrates Tree, the Castle or the Museum (all open until 14:30), after lunch on board. Overnight stay in Kos harbor.
|Day 3 :
Sail north for Leros Island to arrive around noon. After a lunch and swim at Xirokambos, move on to Lakki or Ayia Marina. Leros has a history reaching back to the time of Troy, while now the island has the charm of a very traditional way of life. The lesiurely afternoon and evening are yours for exploring on foot.
|Day 4 :
Early morning departure after breakfast for the tiny tranquil islands of Leipsi far from the crowds. There are just a few traditional villages and bays ideal for a quiet swim.
|Day 5 :
Arrival in Scala harbor of Patmos, a popular spot at the base of a mountain crowned by the world heritage site of the 13th century monastery of St. John the Divine and other sites of pilgrimage. The island monasteries are of great importance particularly for the Greek Orthodox Church, and Christians. The heritage status means that the delightful villages are kept in characteristic traditional styles.
|Day 6 :
Your gulet turns southwards for the larger island of Kalymnos. Although its days of wealth as a major sponge fishing center are over, Kalymnos still proudly displays its long history in the sponge diving museum, its stately homes dating from that era. and the magificent new museum of ancient finds. The many small bays and coves of the island are well worth dropping an anchor in.
Arrival in Kos around noon, after a morning swim in Pserimos island between Kaymnos and Cos. You can sightsee places missed in Kos at the beginning of the cruise. Return to Bodrum for dinner and an overnight stay.
Disembarkation after the farewell breakfast in Bodrum Harbour.
